F Is For Friend

Dress: Vintage; will be added to the shop Thursday
Slip: Target
Rings: Assorted silver
Boots: Forever 21
Bag: Thrifted

As I pulled up to my favorite park to shoot at, I was overjoyed to see two police cars there. They were clearly just hanging out, and not there to nab any hoodlum style bloggers. Everyday when I pass this park I sigh with frustration as I see, obnoxious teens, homeless men, creepy fishermen, etc. It was just a nice change to feel comfortable wandering into the trees, instead of fumbling for my pepper spray. That's right, I'm not afraid to mace someone and run. Try me.

It's F(riend?) the police Wednesday,

  3. love that flowy dress. Next time the cops are around you should mosey over and say "Id like to F you" and when their eyebrows raise you say "you know be your friend." I think they would appreciate that :)

  11. Oh my! I had no idea you were putting yourself in potential danger for these stunning photos you take for us everyday. Please be careful and be sure to mace first and ask questions later.

  12. I've seen a lot of skirts in that style, high at the front low at the back, this is by far the cutest one though. :)

And yes, must be comforting to know the police feel the need to hang out at your park! heehee

  13. This is so gorgeous! And I know how you feel about sketchy people in parks! I'd like to see the police around more often as well :)

  14. Haha the cops show up at my park too sometimes when I'm taking pics... which makes me retreat to the far corners, behind trees, so they can't see that I'm taking pictures of myself... LOL! But similar to your experience, they aren't there during peak hours to make sure that kids aren't drinking/drugging/vandalizing. Seriously, it's only me and a few runners at 8am.

  21. I LOVE this dress.
had you asked me 5 (heck, 2) years ago how I felt about fishtail or asymmetrical hemlines i would have laughed in your face and said,
Um I live in the present, not the 80s thanks.
Now i can't get enough of this stuff.
sigh, the way of the fashion world.
Or maybe i'm just a slave to trends. who knows.
