Oh, hello there. This is actually the post from yesterday that I never got around to writing. My best friend Teeny made a quick visit to my town, and I was just too busy reminiscing about being 19 to get to it. We stayed up until 3 in the morning drinking wine outside her hotel pool. With the drinking and all the crazy hotel guests milling around in the middle of the night, we were about one good cat fight away from being in an episode of Melrose Place. It was awesome.

It's drug store wine from hotel plastic cups Thursday,

Get Festive

Oh, hello again. I wanted to give you ladies a heads up on one of my new side projects. (projects plural; that's right.) This week I was lucky enough to take part in the launch of Vintage Coalition over on Market Publique. VC (as all the cool kids will be calling it) is an online pop up shop by some of my very favorite online vintage retailers. Each week will have a new theme, and one new item from each seller.

This week was our interpretation of festival wear. I don't know about you, but I'm all about granny caftans, fringe, and rainboots when I'm rocking out. This might mean I rock out alone often... what? Take a peek at everything here, and "like" VC on facebook for weekly updates and giveaways.

It's "waiting patiently for my Palest Legs of the VC trophy" Tuesday,
XO Robyn

Peter Pan Trauma

Peter Pan Collar Dress: Vintage; will be added to the shop Thursday
Belt: Comes with the dress
Bag: Thrifted Dooney & Bourke
Shoes: Steve Madden
Lips: Revlon

Peter Pan Collars always make me think of my childhood OBSESSION with Peter Pan. (The musical, not the cartoon.) That was the movie I could watch on repeat three times a day, everyday, all summer long. Looking at it as an adult, I really feel like constantly watching a woman in her forties playing a ten year old boy probably caused me psychological damage. Seriously, that's just not right.

It's well that explains a lot about you Tuesday,
XO Robyn
