Testing Testing 1 2 3

Sneak peek. I am doing some testing in my new studio space this afternoon. I have dibs on this entire Florida room. Something tells me this would just be a sun room in any other state. Basically it is an add on room to the side of a house, and the wall I am standing against is identical to the faux brick outside of the house. Anyway, I am gearing up for my first shoot in this space. I just have to tweak some of my camera settings, and we are good to go. Expect new vintage this coming Thursday night.

Oh, hello there 2011. Resolution: I am going to be a better blogger this year. Honest. I am going to keep posting as usual, but I am going to focus more on not being a lurker this year. I do this thing most days where I read blogs with breakfast, or visit the blogs of commenters. Then I minimize the windows and leave them on the bottom of the screen to comment back on later. The next day I add more windows, and more windows, and... until I shut off my Mac and lose them all. Good intentions I swear. So that's my new year's goal. To stop doing that. 

Until I get back on my game I am not taking on blog sponsors. I will post an announcement if/when that changes.

It beats eating right and exercise....

A Year In Awesome

I started blogging exactly a year ago yesterday. If you were here you would have just caught me awkwardly high fiving myself. It happens. Anyway, here are some outfit photos from over the last year. They start with photographs by the boy, and end with me shooting my own photos via remote. The change in camera level is the only explanation I can give for why it looks as though I grew 6 inches during the course of the year. The truth is, I am as short as I looked in January.

Here's to another 12 months of growing taller.
